AskVibe lets users answer short live prompts, create vibes, view aggregate results, and use Vibe Points. The product is an early MVP and may change frequently.

You may explore parts of AskVibe as a guest. Creating vibes, keeping VP, viewing My Vibe, and accessing account-owned features require authentication.

You are responsible for keeping your login method secure and for activity under your account.

You must provide accurate information where required and may not impersonate others, create accounts to manipulate results, or bypass product limits.

Guest sessions are temporary. Guest VP is pending and not permanent until a valid account is created and eligible pending VP is claimed.

AskVibe may limit, reset, or discard guest activity to protect data quality, prevent abuse, or comply with law.

Vibe Points represent participation, timing, contribution, and access inside the product. They are not money, currency, property, stored value, or a financial instrument.

AskVibe may adjust VP rules, rewards, balances, spending costs, or anti-abuse protections as the product evolves.

You may not create or interact with content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, deceptive, spammy, manipulative, or designed to cause harm.

You may not use AskVibe to manipulate public opinion, coordinate inauthentic behavior, scrape the service, attack the platform, or interfere with other users.

Pulse results reflect participation in the product and may include guest answers. They are not scientific surveys, professional advice, or guaranteed representative samples.

Advanced insights may distinguish between all answers, authenticated answers, profile-complete answers, and other quality levels.

AskVibe owns the product, interface, brand, systems, and related intellectual property. Users keep rights they have in content they submit, but grant AskVibe the rights needed to host, show, translate, moderate, analyze, and improve the service.

AskVibe may remove content, restrict access, adjust results, suspend accounts, or take other action when needed to protect users, product integrity, legal compliance, or system security.

AskVibe is provided as is and as available. We do not promise uninterrupted service, perfect accuracy, or that every result reflects a representative population.

To the extent allowed by law, AskVibe is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages.

You may stop using AskVibe at any time. AskVibe may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if required to protect the product, users, or legal compliance.

These terms may be updated as AskVibe evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms where permitted by law.
